Yes. All sessions are conducted online for your convenience and privacy. We serve clients across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Ohio, Iowa, and Indiana via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

We currently accept insurance and private pay. If you're using insurance, we can assist with the necessary documentation and billing. For private pay clients, we provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please feel free to contact us for help navigating this process.

The first session is focused on getting to know you—your goals, concerns, history, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. It's a relaxed, supportive conversation designed to start building comfort and clarity.
