Do you offer virtual therapy?Yes. All sessions are conducted online for your convenience and privacy. We serve clients across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Ohio, Iowa, and Indiana via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

What types of insurance do you accept?We currently accept insurance and private pay. If you're using insurance, we can assist with the necessary documentation and billing. For private pay clients, we provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please feel free to contact us for help navigating this process.

How do I schedule a session?You can click the “Book a Consultation” button on the website to view available times and request your first appointment. We’ll follow up promptly with next steps and any intake forms.

What should I expect in my first session?The first session is focused on getting to know you—your goals, concerns, history, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. It's a relaxed, supportive conversation designed to start building comfort and clarity.

Is therapy confidential?Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship. All information you share is protected by legal, ethical, and HIPAA privacy standards, with a few exceptions related to safety that will be explained in your initial paperwork.
