I've been a licensed clinical social worker for more than 34 years.
Over that time, I've worked with adults and couples through relationships, careers, raising families, loss, caregiving, retirement, and some of life's biggest transitions.
That experience has taught me a lot about therapy, but it's also taught me a lot about people.
Most of us are doing the best we can with the tools we have. We work, raise families, manage relationships, take care of other people, deal with loss, and keep moving. Sometimes that works for a long time. Until it doesn't.
That's often when people find their way to me.
What It's Like to Work With Me
Therapy with me is a conversation with a purpose.
My approach is warm, practical, collaborative, and straightforward. I'll listen carefully and make sure I understand what you're experiencing, but I won't spend the entire session simply nodding along.
I'll ask questions, offer perspective, and point out patterns you may not see. When I think something needs to be said, I'll say it—with respect and without judgment.
You can also expect practical tools and things to work on between sessions. I want what we talk about in therapy to make a difference in your everyday life.
After more than three decades doing this work, I've learned that clinical knowledge matters. Life experience matters too. I bring both into the room.
You don't have to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to say. Just show up as you are, and we'll start there.
My ultimate hope is that the day will come when we never have to see each other again—because you've built the skills and confidence to handle life's challenges without needing me. That's the part of this work I enjoy most—watching people regain their footing and reconnect with the people they love.

Why “OmniPath”
I chose the name OmniPath because I don't believe there's one right path forward.
After more than 34 years of doing this work, I've learned that people are complicated—and what helps one person may not help the next. I don't try to fit you into a particular method or hand everyone the same set of tools.
We'll figure out what's going on, what's getting in the way, and what will actually help.
There's more than one way forward. We'll find yours.
