Therapy For Men

This is where you get off the bench and get back in control of your life.

You work so hard to be a good man—the kind the people around you can trust and count on. But it’s catching up with you.

You’re tired. You wake up tired, you go to bed tired, and you power through the hours in between. You're managing people at work, handling the finances at home, showing up for your kids (or maybe even your parents) and trying your best to be a good partner and husband with whatever energy you have left.

It’s thankless most of the time, but you do it because that's just who you are.

Lately, though, you’re more irritable than normal and quick to anger—or just shutting down completely. Maybe you’re working longer hours to prove yourself and pacing around during what should be your downtime, looking for some way to feel useful.

You don’t want your buddies to know you’re struggling. And you can’t even consider telling your partner because you’re supposed to be the strong one. So you've tried to get ahead of it on your own with podcasts, conferences, or long runs to clear your head.

You've always been the one who fixes things—the one who figures it out. But this is a problem you can’t seem to solve. The hardest part is that asking for help feels like admitting you should have been able to figure it out on your own.

When Life Starts To Shift

A lot of the men I work with are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s—a time when life can look pretty good from the outside while feeling very different on the inside.

Maybe work has become more pressure than purpose. Retirement is getting closer and you’re wondering what comes next. Your kids are leaving home. Your parents need more from you. You’ve lost someone important. Or the relationship you’ve spent years building doesn’t feel as close as it once did.

Sometimes the question is harder to put into words: Who am I now, and what do I want the next part of my life to look like?

You don’t need to have that figured out before you come in. That’s part of the work we can do together.

MY APPROACH

We’ll cut right to the chase.

If you're not sure why you're here or what you’re getting yourself into, that's fine. Many men I work with haven't tried this before.

So here’s what to expect: Direct feedback, practical tools, and a conversation where we're both actively engaged.

If we're going to make real progress, we'll work together to understand what's happening, why it's happening, and what to do about it. You'll leave our sessions with something tangible—practical tools you can start using right away to improve how you feel, communicate, and relate to the people around you.

We'll look at what you've been experiencing and put a name to it. Anxiety, for example, doesn't always feel like worry. It can show up as irritability, shutting down, working longer hours, or never really being able to relax. Sound familiar?

If you're willing to show up, be honest, and practice what we work on between sessions, I think we can do some really good work together.
