Grief Therapy

You can be okay again, even if it takes some time.

You don’t feel like yourself anymore — you haven’t for a while
and it seems like you never will.

Some days you go through the motions. Other days you can't get out of bed. Sometimes you feel nothing at all.

You're exhausted, but you can't sleep. You're snapping at the people you love and you don't even know why.  You stay busy because the minute things slow down, a song comes on, or a date on the calendar rolls around, it hits you.

You keep showing up for everyone else because it’s expected of you— even when you have nothing left to give. You tell yourself it wasn't even that bad, other people have it worse, you should be past this by now.

No one warned you how heavy loss can feel, and you’re worried it won’t ever end.

When you finally have a good day—when you laugh at something or enjoy yourself for a few hours—you feel guilty about it. You say you're “fine” when someone asks because you don't want to bother them.

GRIEF CAN LOOK LIKE:

ONLINE GRIEF THERAPY IN GEORGIA

You lost a person or situation that meant the world to you.

You also lost the version of yourself you were before everything changed.

That's a lot to lose at once.

MY APPROACH

MY APPROACH

I’m not going to tell you it’s time to “move on.” I’m going to give you tools to help you through at your own pace.

A lot of people experiencing grief are still getting up every day, going to work, showing up for their kids—doing what needs to be done—while privately they're struggling. Some aren’t even getting out of bed. That’s okay. I won’t put you under pressure to “fix” what you’re feeling.

I'm going to meet you where you are and give you honest, practical support. You'll leave with real tools for when the pain hits hardest, whether it’s an anniversary, a song on the radio, a photograph, or even a familiar scent.

It's not about getting to some finish line you're supposed to cross - it's about learning how to navigate your new normal. I've seen people laugh again without guilt, rediscover purpose after unimaginable loss, and build meaningful lives while still carrying the people they loved with them.

Most importantly, I want you to know it's okay if you don't know how to carry on right now.

We're not asking you to move forward by leaving someone—or something—you loved behind.

But loss doesn't have to keep you stuck forever. Our work is about helping you discover what life looks like now while continuing to honor what mattered then—one day at a time.
